Location was excellent.

When booking from photos we saw looked like we got a living area bedroom etc not the one room we got with bathroom so that disappointed us massively and then we had 4 flights of stairs that we didn't expect and we are pensioners but the location is excellent you can't beat that at all minute's from the town so finished on a positive 😊

The room was dark, hot, and stuffy. I wish there had been a proper pedestal fan instead of the tiny one in the room.

Problem z parkingiem - nie udało mi się zapłacić za parking korzystając z przesłanego linka - musiałem zadzwonić do obsługi, żeby nie dostać kary za parkowanie. Cała sprawa zajęła dużo czasu. Opłata wynosi 18 funtów/dzień. Przez linka dodają dodatkowe płatności. Mała-wąska łazienka.

Stayed there 6 times Room 7 was by far the least comfortable

The room seemed a little tired, and could do with a bit of tlc, the bed was very comfy, the shower had good pressure, The Tv had an issue which was sorted fairly easily, the issue we had was the microwave was absolutely filthy, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, the owner was very apologetic but we had to give it a really good clean before we could use it, The issue with the TV Meade moved into a different room which was better. It’s ideally placed to the railway station and a nice walk into the city

Location

Failure of staff to communicate. We asked for somewhere to leave luggage for a couple of hours after checking out and no one responded.

The location was great! The hosts also were very receptive for requests to change towels and it was done in a timely manner. Very quiet building with easy access. The room was extremely clean and organised. Kitchenette was very useful and well equipped.

The shower did not stay in place and was difficult to maneuver generally. We would also recommend that there is a shelf in the bathroom and/or shower so there is a place to put toiletries. Otherwise all good!

Location was great, only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Very peaceful area. Reasonable facilities for the price.

Bathroom was quite unclean. The glass in the shower and the mirror had not been cleaned before I arrived and there was a problem with silverfish appearing after showering but that is likely due to it being an old building.

Cosy unit with well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location for easy walk to town centre.
