"No air-conditioned "

NO AIR-CONDITIONING POOR STAFF!! Otherwise very clean ,access to the lake, you can rent paddle board and kayak, if you decide to go somewhere else you will pay more, permits etc.

The property is well maintained and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was fast and friendly and professional, The location is very nice because it's off the beaten path, not much traffic around. Beach access was nice and area was clean also. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. We also rented a boat while we were there from the Big Bear Marina which was about 5 minutes away, very convenient.

The rooms were overall clean and nice, but with signs of wear. There is no A/C so be aware when you are going as some of the rooms can get pretty uncomfortable.

Great staff, wish check in would be sooner rather than 5pm. Rooms are good and spacious. Sofa bed needs to be replaced worn out.
