Denali Park Village

We like the location of the hotel, and that our tour could pick us up directly at the hotel in the morning for the full day bus tour inside the Denali NP. We like the great ambience, good food and super friendly staff in the restaurant. It is important because there are not much restaurant offerings nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, maybe not the newest. Recommend the hotel for those who plan to visit the Denali NP.

I stayed for 3 nights after taking the train in to Denali. Shuttle more or less got me where I needed to go, the restaurant was good and the location on the river with 2 trailheads nearby was wonderful. Lack of other restaurants nearby is frustrating but the location is also much nicer than the hotels in the gulch with the river and trailheads adjacent to the property.

There was dust on the bedsheets .no other complaints

This was close to the park and had a park bus pickup on site making it convenient. However, our room had several problems - the biggest being the heat that just ran the entire time we were there making it a sauna to stay in.

Pretty old lodge with the river adjacent Not enough food availability for vegetarian, they would run out We returned from a rafting trip to find all the restaurants closed by 9 ! We were not informed during check in Restaurant is understaffed and staff seems to be overworked and not able to meet customers neeeds Starbucks coffee shop is great but very limited restricted hours The data are long and we wanted to have some coffee at 5 pm to enjoy the daylight No snack shop either that’s open for at least u til midnight You have to order all food in advance

Lovely location by the river

We ended up staying at this hotel when it was hot/sunny. The room did not have AC and the provided table fan was a joke. The room got so hot, we were hardly able to sleep at night (we weren't in the room during the day). On-site restaurant was great (overpriced like any other restaurant in Alaska) but service was good and breakfast options were great.

On main hwy . 6 miles south of denali park entrance. Has a restaurant . Ice in blding 3. Two floors no elevator. Is a park bus pickup for denali tours

What a great place to stay. Had a river view room with a balcony. Very woodsy attractive buildings nestled by the river. The lodge is gorgeous. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Very very limited shuttle service. Understaffed.dining very expensive. Too far from trains or bus depot. We paid $250 per night. We were begging for shuttle service. Rooms are dirty. No house keeping.
