Room large especially for one and clean. Location is very good as close to shops Avenue Louise & gallery perfect for shopping and got out . Staff is very friendly and always helpful to make your stay easier.

It very obvious that management ( not hotel manager ) doesn’t care about their employees who are trying their best and are working really hard. Sunday after breakfast restaurant bar close which i think in city like Brussels and this neighbourhood should be opened.

Bonjour, Le cadre, l'emplacement, la taille de la chambre, la propreté, la qualité de la literie, le décor, la terrasse, le petit-déjeuner...

Le concierge qui m'a accueilli n'était pas très affable et j'avais du mal à l'entendre, tellement il murmurait.

"Très agréable séjour."

L’emplacement dans un quartier très sympa proche de parcs, des étangs d’Ixelles, des transports en commun. Le confort, la décoration , le standing avec des tarifs plutôt abordables. Le personnel très agréable, professionnel et accueillant.

Le seul petit inconvénient serait le manque d’eau chaude le soir pour la douche.
