Hotel Barsey by Warwick

L'hôtel est très bien placé, bien décoré et confortable ; très bon accueil.

Le bruit de la rue peut être gênant la nuit (avenue avec tramway) ; si sensible au bruit, demander une chambre sur cour.

The hotel is nice and the location is easily accessible with the tram. The rooms are spacious and quiet.

Upon arrival, when it came time to pay for our stay, the lady at the front desk attempted to charge us over €100 more than our pre-booked rate. She first tried to attribute the difference to city tax, then simply insisted on the higher amount without any explanation. When we pressed for clarification, she eventually acknowledged the mistake was hers. This was not exactly a warm welcome, and had we not been confident in our own booking details, we would likely have ended up paying the extra amount.
