Well we had ants in our pull out sofa. Many many ants . I told the front desk at check out so he gave us free breakfast vouchers but the breakfast was not good so we didn’t eat it and left. I was there for one night and after they took the room charge and the $100 deposit they tried 3 more attempts at charging me. One for $197, $414 and then $680. I’m still waiting for a phone call and a response to my many emails

Close proximity to the park stage venue. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The pool was closed. No mention of this while booking. Very unhappy about that. It was a beautiful 90 degree day on father's day. Would have been nice to enjoy it.

Nothing. Especially the ants that were in the room

Everything, from the uncomfortable beds to the low seated couch to the ants in the room there was no breakfast as the restaurant was closed until Saturday and Sunday. I will not stay here again

The location and cleanliness.

They falsely advertised as having an outdoor pool available for their guests. They advertised an outdoor pool but it was closed in mid June because they choose to require a life guard but will not pay for one until July 4th. After being at an outdoor event in the heat all day, all we wanted to do was cool off and relax by the pool. But we were not allowed to at 5pm. We never stepped foot in our room. When the desk checked us in then told us we could not use the pool we told them we no longer wanted to stay there and the staff said ok and checked us out and we left. I will never book at a Radisson Hotel ever again. It was a waste of $300!

Pool and fitness centre which we did not use. Food options round the corner were convenient.

Room was musty upon entering and the housekeeping was not present. Inflexible policy did not allow us to change rooms even though there were vacant rooms. So we suffered one night of discomfort - the shower also seemed to leak and the floor was constantly wet. Carpet felt sticky to bare feet which was discomforting. Safe don’t work. Blackout curtains didn’t draw fully. door lock plate fell off on second night.

Me and my party overall had a pretty good experience. There were a couple of things that could have been better. There was a musky smell and a small stain on the bed. We had an interesting experience with a staff member, but people have bad days so it is not her fault. But the service was good. It took almost a It took almost a hour and a half to get our food, but we did have a fairly large party .The bar and restaurant were nice. Didn’t stay long enough to fully experience the Radisson hotel.Me and my party had a nice time but would probably not come back.
