We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is great and everything in the hotel was nice and clean, which we really appreciated. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and the service there was exceptional. The staff member was super friendly and polite, which made the experience even better.

One area that could be improved is the front desk experience. At check-in, we were simply handed the room key without any additional information. A brief overview of the hotel amenities, such as the restaurant, pool, or general services, would make a big difference and help guests feel more welcomed. With a bit more attention to guest communication, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

Room dated. Lack of convenient electrical outlets. Poor shower design.

Day Desk Staff was courteous

On the initial night of my stay, there was a loud banging on my door at 1:30 AM. I informed the front desk about this incident. The following night, a group of teenagers was running through the hallways, and my door was knocked on twice. I reported this to the front desk as well. These same teenagers were later found in the back parking lot, laughing and screaming well past midnight. Ultimately, I discovered that the breakfast, which was complimentary on Saturday morning, would cost me around $60 on Sunday morning if I wished to dine in your establishment.
