The Johnny Cash suite was decorated in theme and was fun. The Kitchenette was setup nicely but poorly equipped.

This was a winter stay and we were never warm the entire time. The register in the bedroom barely cut the chill but did not make it comfortable. The small space heater provided only warmed up a 5-6 feet area in front of they of the heater. We constantly moved it wherever we were and still were not comfortable.

I was very pleased with my experience at Greenway Manor despite our stay being short. The area was nice, the room was clean and the manager was helpful. For that its a 5/5 for me!

This is such a cool property to anchor your Bisbee experience out of. There is a ton of music memorabilia and art, with amazing views of the stars at night. It’s a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to the heart of Old Bisbee, so if you enjoy being just a bit off of the beaten path, stay at this place.

Bathroom tub left a lot to be desired…but quaint…

Quirky place, circa 1906, so eccentrcities were expected. It was perfect for our needs. The ownership is a fun add-on.... we weren't even aware of it when we booked and were thrilled when we found out.

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Bisbee. I made a last minute booking for a family member coming to visit me. I of course booked the Greenway Manor becuase the owners are amazing and it’s one of the coolest and most unique properties in Bisbee. I received the check-in instructions via Expedia on the day of check-in and everything was very clear and seamless. I was confused about the prior review so figured I should clear that up. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure the stay is top-notch and the price is competitive. I will definitely be booking this place in the future when I have friends and family come to visit me in Bisbee. Could not more highly recommend!

Loved the unique charm of the facility. The nostalgic touches were authentic and great. We enjoyed the working record player. The beds were comfortable. We had four rooms and were traveling with family. We took advantage of the firepit after the sun went down.

The owner was fantastic. My daughter and I had an amazing time for Halloween.

DO NOT BOOK this place! We fully prepaid for our stay (via EXPEDIA). Greenway told us we would receive "check-in information" and an access code (since there is NO ONE ON SITE, and the property is LOCKED DOWN) on the date of our arrival. WE NEVER GOT EITHER a CHECK-IN INFORMATION NOR an ACCESS CODE on that date. We showed up at property on the reserved/arrival date, and tried to call the owners (and left messages) 4 times when we couldn't access/get in -- and have NEVER received a reply. We COULD NOT GET INTO the place since it was all locked up with no one present, and thus NEVER STAYED. We had to simply drive back home (2 hours). Afterwards, we have tried to get a refund and still NO REPLY FROM OWNERS. The day AFTER our reservation date, we received their belated access code (obviously no good to us then). Still don't have a REFUND or any contact from the owners OR Expedia. They subsequently gave us a different phone number to call, but NEVER ANSWER and have no Voicemail mailbox for messages. Don't know if is a SCAM? Terrible, terrible, terrible :customer service! *** BIRDERS especially --- DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! We had planned to visit Whitewater Draw the next morning at sunrise, but obviously did NOT because we had nowhere to stay the night before (and I had told the owner of our plan BEFORE committing to the booking). AVOID this place; DON'T loose your $$$,
