Very comfortable. Just 4 minute walk to S-Bahn and one stop to the airport terminal station.

This hotel was right next to the S bahn so it was easy to get to the airport. (1 stop) That said, the windows in our room were really good so we could barely hear any street or train noise. Very clean and modern room, the beds felt fresh and were comfortable, I liked the towels in the bathroom. The young woman at Check in was very helpful, made sure we were comfortable and provided information on the transit. She also ran the small bar in the lobby. We did not eat breakfast here so cannot comment on the food.

Very convenient if you want to be close to the airport yet able to around on the S-Bahn into the city or elsewhere.

The outside of this hotel and the neighborhood is not very aesthetically appealing . . . but the hotel interior, from the lobby (although small) to the halls, elevator (small), etc. . . were very nice. The room though, was the real stand out and much better than I expected. It was quite large, had a nice seating area, a valet for your clothes, lots of closet space, a nice working desk, wired and wifi service (free), and the room even had it's own balcony, which they all appear to have. The bed was large - queen or king? The staff was great, spoke enough english for it to not be an issue (for us single language speaking Americans!), and were very courteous. Ten minute taxi ride to the airport (at 8 am).

My room was nice and apacious, bedding was very nice but the beds were waaaaay too firm. My room on the second floor was in front of the tracks which made for a loud noise everytime a train went by. Also, the hearing system wasn't working so my room stayed cold throughout the night. The taxi from DUS to the hotel was 11 euro for a 5-minute ride, while the taxi ride back to DUS was 10.50 euro. There is a nice bar inside the hotel with several brands of whiskey, scotch, brandy, and the like. Also, a full breakfast available for an additional cost. All in all, a good hotel since its nearby to the exhibition center and easy access to the airport. Hope this helps.

Great hotel - easy check in process, nice room and just 5 minutes from the airport by S-bahn.

The train station is a quick walk and the Italian Restuarant above the station is the best meal Restaurant meal I've had in a couple of months. The pillows in the room are feather so if you have allergies you might need to request hyper allergic. The restaurant is the green cat or Verde Chat...or something like that.
