Nothing 'art' and 'design' apart from thr lobby. The rest is a bit shabby, the neighbourhood doesn't feel safe. The receptionist was very pleasant and the room quity comfortable.

Nice little hotel. Very friendly staff and a nice arrangement for breakfast. No restaurant but food available locally. Good transport connections although the tram is a bit too close. I Would recommend it.

service was excellent. My client and I both booked rooms so we ended up with extra room booked. No problem with hotel cancelling the extra room. We did have problem trying to cancel extra room via expedia. Staff at hotel took care of it.

I booked 5 rooms for me and my colleagues who were flying out of Düsseldorf Airport next morning. This is a great little boutique hotel which offers an enjoyable stay to travelers. My room was spacious, well furnished and clean; bed was cosy for a good night's sleep. The large window offered a view of the tram station next to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided valuable guidance on how to spend the evening in the city. They arranged for a cab to the airport next morning. Breakfast was pricey (18 Euros per person) so we did not opt for it.

The room was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful and there was lots to see as interesting art is everywhere, including the room and breakfast room. See pictures. One criticism is weak wifi which I reported. Airport us only one km away which could explain this.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was reasonably priced, and turned out to be an excellent choice for my overnight stay prior to a long-distance flight from the Duesseldorf airport. The facilities are excellent, and the hotel is modern/recently renovated. The only downside compared to other hotels is that there is no shuttle to the airport, but the airport is actually within 15-20 minute walking distance from the airport.

Great little hotel not far from the airport. The outside is deceiving in that it isn't much to look at, but the room was spacious and very comfortable. It is about 7 minutes from the airport and has onsite parking -- two big advantages from our point of view.

Great place to stay before/after flying out/in of DUS. Staff are pleasant and helpful, rooms are clean. Even though it's adjacent to a tram turnaround, one hardly hears any train noise.

In my opinion, it should not be rated four stars. The room is expensive for many reasons ...It should be rated less .... The elevator is to small .... There is no refrigerator in the room... Overall the room is clean
