Room lacked a desk. Noise from underground metro was disturbing.

I left gift in my room and dashed for the eurostar. The team were so helpful, within a few hours they were shipped to my home. Super helpful

Location was ideal. It was a street away from the hustle and bustle which is perfect. The rooms i was placed in were great. The online staff engagement whenever i had a query or other was managed swiftly, effectively and to my satisfaction.

My initial room on the 1st floor looked old and outdated. The shower was not great, and the twin bed was not up to standard. This however was changed the very next day with the help of your online staff. my next room was perfect in size, layout and quality.

Great central location just metres from Royal Arcades, Garrick Centrale, museums quarter, etc.

Large hotel with no reception can make for a few nervous moments clearing all the app and QR codes. But it all works and presumably saves lots on reception salaries. The hotel has luggage lockers which are a big help.
