We did not meet the staff at all. The self service nature makes the hotel simple, useful, but reserved. The breakfast was excellent.

No human staff except for one person at breakfast. No room cleaning unless explicitly request.

The hotel is at a prime location with good access to sites and public transport.

There is no service in the hotel. I stayed for 6 night and didn't see a member of staff in the entire duration. You book and let yourself in and check out via self service. They spam your email and WhatsApp with push messages to download their app. You empty your rubbish , replenish your room supply and do your room each day. My room was tiny with no space for my luggage and my clothes and no desk to work on. There is hardly any natural light in the hotel. My room had a window which could not be opened and overlooked the common space in the atrium but one had to keep the curtains closed pretty much all the time to have some privacy. Finally, all this for an outrageously high price.
