La struttura pulisce le camere solo una volta a settimana. Visto il prezzo non è accettabile. La mancanza di personale (è tutto automatico) non migliora il servizio.

È molto funzionale e pulita. Ottima posizione.

Mi è piaciuto tutto

Ho pagato 1.129 euro per quattro notti, quindi oltre 280 euro a notte, ma il servizio offerto non era assolutamente adeguato al prezzo. La pulizia della camera non era prevista durante il soggiorno, poiché viene effettuata soltanto una volta a settimana. Inoltre, la finestra affacciava sull’interno dell’hotel, senza alcuna vista verso uno spazio aperto, e non poteva essere aperta. Non è presente personale a cui rivolgersi direttamente: in caso di necessità, l’unica forma di assistenza disponibile è un chatbot.

Der Check-in mit Code hat super funktioniert. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens - Altstadt, Restaurants und Shopping befinden sich in direkter Umgebung, auch der Central-Bahnhof und das Europaviertel sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem war es nachts leise. Größe von Zimmer und Bad (welches eine Tür hat, das ist heutzutage ja keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr) völlig in Ordnung und Bett bequem.

Das Zimmer war überhitzt und ließ sich auch mit der Klimaanlage (die übrigens auch nachts ziemlich laut war) nicht herunter kühlen. Fenster dürfen nicht geöffnet werden. Für den Preis ließ das Frühstück nach meinem Geschmack etwas zu wünschen übrig.

I had a bin with some garbage (banana peels etc), told the cleaning lady on my floor while she was on her rounds. She told me to take it myself to Reception on ground level. I felt awkward and left it in my room. The neighbours' toilets flushing during the night sounded like splashing in my bathroom. The elevator adjacent to my room made noises at night time. Pillows weren't right for me
