The location of the hotel is very very central & the staff is super nice & helpful.

There is no air conditioning or fan in the room. the safe in my room was not working.

Konum çok iyiydi. Onun dışında ortalama. Personel güler yüzlü ama personele ihtiyacınız olmuyor zaten pek. Ondan bence değerlendirmeye alınmasına gerek yok. Gece biraz tedirgin olduk trenden otele yürürken.

Odalar ortalama idi. Yataklar rahat değildi. Banyo çok eski ve tadilat gerekiyor. Odada güvenli hissetmedim. Klima yoktu. Dolaplar ve yataklar çok eskiydi. Kapılar çok inceydi yan kapıyı birisi çaldığında sanki sizin odanızı çalmış gibi hissediyorsunuz.

"sauber, aber ohne Klima und keine Unterstützung bei Anliegen"

Wir konnten gut alles zu Fuss machen.

Es war ein recht heißes Wochenende und es gab keine Klimaanlage und noch nicht mal einen Ventilator. Ich hatte die Suite gebucht mit der Beschreibung, dass es zwei Betten hat. Jedoch war ein "Bett" dann ein Ausziehsofa. Noch dazu war dies nur mit einer Unterlage in der Mitte bei zwei Personen versehen!! etwas unbequem. ... Auf meine Nachfrage sollte ich dem Manager hierzu ein Mail schreiben. aktuell habe ich bereits 4x geschrieben und selbst nach einigen Wochen noch keine einzige Rückmeldung erhalten. Sehr schwach leider.
