Zephyr Mountain Lodge

Location was great.

The parking arrangements were miss leading. When I checked in, I was then told about the extra parking fee $60 in the garage, which I paid, but then was charged $30 dollars when I was driving out. I don’t know why my garage fee didn’t go until my checkout time of the unit. I think the parking fee is too much and miss leading.

The excellent location at the base of the slopes for ease of skiing in & out could not really be beat . There were soup and sandwich deli-like shops where a quick meal or snack could be found all day long, as well as a Nearby area to eat and watch the skiers & snowboarders …

Because I reserved the room through booking, and not directly with them, we got to stay in a basement room.

Full kitchen, could make food yourself or go somewhere in the village.

Price of food was quite high.

We stay here, room 1422. Our trip was fantastic. The room was great. Very clean and up to date. The location was great, as it was right in center village. Close to the lifts and restaurants. The ski lockers were easy to access. Robin at the front desk was great at check in. She helped make our trip special for our daughter. Thanks Robin. If I had one complaint, it was that we had to pay for parking in the garage. I feel if I book at room here we should at least get one car free during our stay. Otherwise it was great and would definitely stay here again.

I really didn’t need anything though I wish it had a steak house restaurant near by or where I could by meat .
