Die Zimmertüre scheint mal komplett ausgebrochen gewesen zu sein: Risse im (dünnen) Türblatt, die originalen Scharniere leer, 3 billige Scharnieren statt deren angebracht. Türschließer abgebaut (sind die nicht Pflicht in Hotels). Zudem keine Schallschutzleiste, da hätte man bequem eine dicke Illustrierte unter der Tür durschieben können. Entsprechend laut war es in der Nacht und da das Zimmer direkt am Treppenhaus war, war echt Betrieb bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Eigentlich nur einen Stern. Die mittelmäßige Bewertung ergibt sich aus dem Preis und dem super netten Personal.

I paid for a doble room with balcony for two days. Arrived at 10am and asked for an early check in since I had to be working all day so I didn't have to bring all my important things (laptop, etc.) with me all day, but the girl at reception didn't even ask anyone or checked if the room was already available. That's ok but... When I got back to the hotel at night, another receptionist told me they had made a mistake and I no longer had a room with balcony but a regular room for the first night (which is cheaper than what I paid for). They didn't offer a refund or anything, just the option of changing rooms in the morning. Next morning, before leaving for work for the day, I went to reception to change the room. The girl (same as the day before) told me that she didn't know if the room was available and that I could leave my luggage again at reception and check again at night when I got back. I asked her to at least spend two minutes of her time to check if the room was empty, after all she made the mistake of giving my room to someone else. She did with a bit of bad manners after I insisted. It took her literally 2 minutes. She came back and slapped my room key at the front desk where I was waiting, without saying anything else and going back to her own things. I understand people can make mistakes, but at least treat your client better when you make a big mistake like this. Also, they never offered me a refund. Hotel is ok but shame on how all this was managed.

Rauhallinen ympäristö, hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Hotelli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ei ilmastointia hotellihuoneessa.

Ziemlich laut und nicht ganz sauber

Mye støy, brannstasjon rett bortenfor hotellet, det ulte dag og natt. Byggearbeidet på andre siden av veien med støy fra 06.30 om morgenen. Men betjeningen var hyggelig og hjelpsomme.

Otel tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Bulunduğu konum olarak merkezi sayılabilir. 4 kişilik odada kaldık ve büyüklük olarak yeterli idi. Otel yapı olarak eski ama yeterli tadilat yapılmış. En önemlisi otopark yeri. Otopark yetersiz. Otele saat 22’den sonra giriş yaptığım için sokağa ücretsiz park edebildim. Ancak sabah saat 8 den sonra ücretli zaman dilimi başlıyor ve sokaktaki otomatlara park için para ödemek zorundasınız. Özetle Stutgart’a bir daha gitsem bu otelde yine konaklamayı tercih edebilirim. Benim için iyi bir deneyimdi.
