Hotel Hansa

Very friendly and helpful staff at check in, not so much at check out. The hotel is very well located, excellent access to public transport, many restaurants in waking distance. The room was very clean, functional and provided basic toiletries. It had no air conditioning, which is usually not necessary. During the recent heatwave the hotel provided a desk fan which allowed for sufficient cooling. Well stocked vending machines offer drinks and snacks in the lobby which is staffed 24/7. I would have liked to be informed about significant construction noise across the street before booking. The hotel is challenging for people relying on elevator service to their floor. Despite some of the shortcomings, the rates are competitive and I would try it once more.

Es wäre schön gewesen im oberen Stock Klimaanlagen zu haben. Aber das würde sich im Preis wieder bemerkbar machen. Insoweit alles okay. Komme gerne wieder.

They was no parking for my motorbike When it was written that they was on. The elevator was not working normally One of the lamp in the room was out of order
