No disappointments at all, the only things that weren't as described were better - there were some pantry items provided, internet access etc. The location was great, and the provided map with directions to the nearby beach etc was really valuable.

Quiet location

Warm and cosy cottage with excellent facilities. The washing machine and dryer were really handy. The information booklet was extensive and we especially liked the local walk information.

No Breakfast...self contained unit. Excellent facilities and location. Best location on our travels, though 5 min from Coles Bay

INSTRUCTIONS. There were numerous facilities, but no manual of instructions. Trial and error frustrating. No ABC on TV. Some local tourist info would also help. Freycinet was trial and error.

Wasn't too far away from the Freycinet walking tracks. It was clean and tidy

The bbq has mouse faeces on it so we were unable to use it. Also there was a used bath towel on back of bedroom door. Otherwise it was pretty good.

Location was 5 mins by car out of town. Quiet location on the golf course with a lovely view. Good kitchen facilities. Laundry with dryer. Decking with chairs and table. BBQ. Everything you need.

In summer it would be very hot on arrival as it was for us (on a mild day) however didnt take long to cool down as there is aircon in living area and once windows were open it was fine with a fresh breeze.
