Very clean and good hotel

The staff works slowly and does not respond to requests. For example, we asked them to make up the sofa bed for a child; they said they would do it, but in the end it was never done. The bed linen was stained and torn.

The location

Chambre à l’arrivée dans un état inacceptable : douche cassée et inutilisable, réfrigérateur hors service, chambre non préparée et insalubre. La réception a reconnu le problème, m’a changé de chambre et confirmé le remboursement de la première nuit. Un mois plus tard, aucun remboursement, chacun se renvoie la responsabilité entre l’hôtel et Booking. Expérience très décevante et gestion client inacceptable.

La habitación tenía una gotera en el baño y los desagües del lavamanos y ducha estaban malos.

LA ATENCION , para ser el nombrado hotel, no es la mejor ni recepción, ni check in ni check out.-

Slightly isolated but it was only an overnight and I was impressed with what I experienced
