InterContinental Costa Rica at Multiplaza Mall by IHG

They would not allow my driver to come in to the property, which was a big inconvenience. There’s no 24 hour room service. There’s nothing special about this property. It’s better to stay off of this property and go to an actual hotel. It’ll be a lot cheaper there cleanliness is exactly what I gave them. One star we told the housekeeping and the front desk manager That there was stains and rips on the sheer curtains, never replaced it. The glass sliding door never worked and our room was right up against the pool, which people could easily open up that glass line door. I will never ever stay in this hotel again for the price that they charge. Save your money or stay at another hotel

Overpriced for service

Я оплатила номер с включенным ужином и завтраком. Но когда пошла на ужин, подошел менеджер и сначала пытался взять дополнительную оплату за детей. А потом за некоторые ингредиенты из меню, как например креветки в пицце)) это выглядело отвратительно, как обман. Если написано включено, то почему я после оплаты должна платить ещё ? Когда мы сказали менеджеру, что платить дополнительно мы не будем , так как уже все оплачено . Вместо того, чтобы пойти на ресепшн и разобраться, что же нам все таки продали и должны ли мы платить, он начал КРИЧАТЬ на весь ресторан , высокомерно махать руками "Я сам тогда за вас заплачу ". Это было унизительно и неадекватно, как вообще в такой сети отелей работают такие люди ?Мы не доели еду, уже и кусок в горло не лез. Вышли без настроения , пожаловались на ресепшен, позвали руководство, но к нам так никто и не подошёл. На следующий день вышли на завтрак, этот менеджер так и не извинился, а старался с нами не встречаться.

Nice staff

Food was good , the staff was very nice the hotel can use a bit of upgrade, definitely would stay there again

I rent a pool view room with the window so dirty I coudnt see the pool, also the lockbox wasnt working and the coffee mashine was leaking, we inform the staff about it but they didnt do anything about it. Other than that everything was perfect
