The convenience of the airport shuttle was a game-changer, making my travel seamless and stress-free. Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself was immaculate, well-maintained, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Novotel and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

The hotel advertise on booking . com that offers free airport shuttle and that is not true. I was extremely disappointed with that. I contact them several times to find a solution for the issue but none was offered and I don't believe I was treated fairly

The breakfast was okay. Don't expect pork options - maybe all was hallal. I was introduced to their almond croissants by some American tourists. They were delicious!

Nothing really except that on the last day it took a very long time and repeated requests. I'm not sure if the machine was broken or I had requested from a trainee or it was a language barrier issue.

Good gym, nice breakfast, and all the staff were lovely.

Value for money is appalling. The hotel is obviously expensive as it's 5*, but after check in they do everything they can to squeeze every penny out of you, which makes for an unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend, there are many other hotels in Tana for much less where you'll enjoy yourself much more.
