Clean, staff i general were quite friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms were always cleaned nicely. Tea and coffee very poor. Fridage empty

At check-in, there was a young receptionist who was unlike her colleagues. Quite rough on the phone. Access to lift was quite troublesome as the carkey was not fully functional.

Our stay at Novotel was absolutely fantastic! A big thank you to Franco, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. He coordinated a driver for us to go to the restaurant L'Arrivage, where we enjoyed a romantic dinner. The driver was professional, punctual, and even waited for us until we finished—truly exceptional service! The hotel itself was stunning, with a magnificent spa and swimming pool that made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the well-maintained facilities, contributed to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Novotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!
