Turtle Cay Resort

The location is excellent, can walk everywhere we needed to go, even to a fishing expedition. The resort is fairly clean, although the accommodations are tired and in desperate need of an update. We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite, and the full kitchen was very well-stocked and had nice, full-size appliances. Even though we stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, they have a "1 parking pass per reservation" rule, which is ridiculous when you're paying for 2 rooms, and one of those is clearly set up as a separate rental. For the amount we spent for 3 holiday-weekend nights, they could have very nicely not charged the extra $18/day. Seems like a small thing, but it's the little things that make an impression. Pool area is nice, with a kiddie pool that was great for the grandson, but ZERO supervision from anyone on staff. We saw cars pulling up unloading multiple people, coolers and all; were they guests? friends of guests? Kids were jumping off the rock waterfall right next to the "do not climb rocks" sign, a little bit of a free-for-all overall. Short walk across the street to beach. The only contact with any employee was person at reception (unfriendly and not so thrilled with their job obvioulsy) and concierge (very friendly and knowledgeable, great dinner recommendations.)

Under construction

Under new management, with some construction ongoing, but not while we were there. Balconies have been out of commission for two years.However,good location across from the beach. Once construction completed , would stay there again.

property is out dated I see terraces are closed (since last year) and never see any work being done Room is dated and has inadequate supplies( dishes, utensils)

Clean and convenient. Easy parking. Nice sized rooms. Friendly workers. I would return there in the future and I hope I can.

I've been an owner for many years and this was my first time adulting at the resort, many things to do

A Two-Star resort that’s a bit pricey for the low quality nature of the resort. Service terrible to non-existent, living areas and amenities sub-standard to non-working. Unless you win a free trip to this entity I would not suggest paying to stay here because it would be easier to save yourself some time by simply flushing money down the toilet with very similar end results!

This was our fourth time renting from a property owner but was very disappointed seeing we have loved our three previous stays. Front desk staff was not professional.Simple request for face clothes and hand towels was not provided until three days into our stay. Did not have access to out balcony overlooking the pool area do to work being done which was already started back in 2021 but not even remotely close to finished and no work was being done while we were staying. As far as location of property and feel, it can’t be beaten. Quiet and family oriented resort at the end of Atlantic Ave. Plenty of food options (dine in or take out) available within walking distance of the resort. Hopefully Hilton who now operates the property can turn things around

I saw that your bathroom toilets and shower jucoze is not even touched toilet has pup. The rest is ok I saw you are on maintenance

We enjoyed the kids pool for my 2 yr old granddaughter but it was very noisey with the luggage carriers outside our room all hours of the night and day. So far from main attractions
