Turtle Cay Resort

Location

This was a nice stay for our family with teens. We had a two bedroom suite, we enjoyed the pools, and there are several very good dining options in walking distance.

Hotel looks cute on outside, even with all the construction on the balconies. The inside looked run down, and the room I booked didn’t even have a shower curtain in it. It felt more like a $60 a night room and not nearly $300. Definitely not worth it.

It was okay. Only thing I was not good with even though they let you know before arriving, the balcony was closed due to renovations.

Truly enjoyed my stay. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Great pools for the kids. Super close to the boardwalk and beach. Located in a good area for families, away from the partying and college crowd. Good sized room and bathroom for a family of four. Only negative was our room bordered Pacific avenue and the sound of traffic was loud overnight.

The balconies were not in use therefore the whole apartment smelled mildewey and moist around also the washer and dryer were broken. The bathroom tub could have used a better cleaning. The counter tops were dirty and granny full of sand. The kid's pool was also very dirty full of sand. The staff when checking in was very short and unpleasant. Had a very as a matter of fact demeanor. Very noisy out in the hallway where kids running back and forth. End result checked out early.

The location was great. It was a nice, safe and friendly environment.

I liked the hotel and my large suite. The construction on every single balcony was not pretty to look out. The parking situation was very very tight. It was hard to get out in the morning because other guests were loading their belongings into their vehicle and were slow to move those things out of the way, while another car waited impatiently for me to move so they could grab my parking space. The hotel is close to the beach but you still have to cross one street.
