Turtle Cay Resort

Our room was okay, but not stocked like it should have been. Only 1 roll of TP for a 5 night stay, no pool towels provided, empty soaps/shampoos. Had to take the time to reach out and request items that should have been there in the 1st place. The girl at the desk told us they do not come in the rooms every day, but they never did. 6 days and no room service. Expect to have dirty towels and bed sheets unless you request new ones. We had sand all over our floor, i requested someone come and vacuum, but i did not expect to have a vacuum dropped off outside my door and a message to let them know when i was done with it so they could pick it back up. For the price I paid, you would expect some light housekeeping. Beds were both sunken in and made a very loud creaking sound. Small freezer was filled with frost so difficult to fit anything in it. Our safe would not open, needed the items inside. Waited a half hr with no response and we didnt want to sit around anymore. I asked to cancel the request as we were going to leave the room and did not want any staff in our room with the contents of the safe, but they still went ahead and sent someone in when i wasn't there, leaving our valuable items/money in the safe with the door open. Only one elevator, so it could be a lengthy walk from one end to the other. Good things, pool was very nice, front desk staff and everyone walking around were very pleasant. Nice access to the beach.

The balcony's were under construction with no access. Ducks swimming in the pools relieving themselves as well. Staff was notified and did nothing to rectify the situation even after numerous calls were made

Fair price

Nothing about this place is worth money or the stay!!!! If you book where you will throwing away your money. The staff is rude and they don’t even have enough to run the place so you can’t even check in on time The so-called abilities are mostly broke in the hotel the rooms don’t even work properly, such as none of the plugs you have to park in another parking lot in order to be able to park the keys. Don’t work properly to get into your room. The facility itself is under construction so it’s dirty. The list goes on and on so again if you wanna throw away your money, go ahead and book a room here, I suggest staying someplace else

The pictures were deceiving. The room looked great, in the pictures. Once we checked in it was not. As we drove in the first thing we noticed was the ongoing construction. Nothing was mentioned on the website. Both pools are pretty small the room didn't have a welcoming vibe. The sheets were stained and so was the mattress. We checked in and checked out within 30 mins. The staff was very understanding about our dislike. The manager was ok with giving us a full refund, im still waiting on that.

This is a very expensive, high-end hotel which calls itself a resort. It was overall dingy, filled with ugly construction surrounding the pool, loud and not private exposed to the main road, had no real amenities except the pool, and there was a terrible smell in the room the whole time. Also, no internet TV, so no Netflix or anything but normal channels. The pictures are so pretty, so the hotel was a real let-down.

Somebody left the cleaning materials in our room, but I think it was just an oversight. The room was very clean.

The staff here makes it a great stay. They are accommodating and friendly. They work hard and keep this place going. Some areas does need updating like pull out sofa, beds, and our washer/dryer combo was replaced during our stay...Love the pool area and activities throughout the day. Great location.

I've always loved turtle cay! The property is beautiful and the rooms are great. Staff is always wonderful. This time the computer was down and we couldn't get room keys until about 6pm. I understand this is no one's fault but we had an early relative with us who unfortunately wet herself while we were waiting for someone to open the room door.
