Turtle Cay Resort

Glass on the living room floor when we arrived. Smoke alarms kept on going off for no reason. My daughter could not get out of the shower due to bad glass door hard to open. End up bruising her hand trying to get out.

Great pools. Everyone very friendly.

When checking in the people are very nice, they explain absolutely everything you could possibly even think of. The rooms are nice and clean. The pools are great as well.

Going thru some repairs & renovations. Will be great when completed!

The resort was under a good bit of construction but we did not know until we arrived unfortunately. The staff was friendly upon check in. The parking garage will not accommodate a large truck so we were told to park at the check in parking lot, we received a call from the front desk at 11:30 waking us up demanding we move the vehicle, very unprofessional and uncourteous. The shower had discoloration and cracking in the shower pan. Balconies sealed off.

I asked him for a room by the stairway they did that, but was so far away from the elevator I had to go back-and-forth with the dolly to bring my stuff back-and-forth to the room, crazy right?

Clean room and friendly service made this trip great!

The hotel was what was expected. The location is great even though it's not oceanfront it's literally across the street and have sister property you have access to that is oceanfront. The rooms were clean and decently set up.

They stay was great! The room was more than efficient for our 1 night stay!
