Nothing-- the property was run down--- I stayed 4 days-- they didn't change sheets one time-- didn't vacuum. I saw a few bugs- would not stay again.

"DON'T BOOK THIS ONE."

This is the ONLY lodging in Smackover. STAY IN Camden or El Dorado! This property is in dire need. Halls stink from marijuana. Holes in bedding, curtains and towels. Carpet stained and lots of trip hazzards from needing stretched. organic growth in bathroom ceiling and rusted door frames. Washer does not spin enough that we had to wring out prior to putting into dryer then had to run drier for 1 1/2 hes to dry. Desk was friendly enough, just not helpful in resolving problems. Won't provide refund nor information to contact franchize owner. photos attached.
