Wonderful beautiful hotel! Close proximity to paseo Montejo which had lots of amazing food and shopping options. Hotel is newer and you can tell - rooms are sooo nice. Bathroom is huge! Restaurant is amazing. Their brunch is so good and their French toast is to die for! Had the lunch tacos and they’re possibly the best tacos ever.

Beautifully appointed comfortable rooms in a peaceful natural setting. Fabulous gourmet breakfast on a lovely terrace. Mostly adults. Service was exceptional- especially Luis at the door!

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, el último día encontramos debajo de la base a la base una calceta sucia que no era nuestra quiere decir que estaba allí desde que llegamos. El pido caución y pegajoso y la pared junto al espejo sucia de cosas que rmbarraron

Clean, comfortable, high end , professional staff, peaceful location away from crowd.

Nothing as such but the location is not ideal if you want to be within the walking distance from Merida central. You need to drive to reach place grande or any restaurant or cafe. Though this hotel has a very good restaurant.
