Hotel Las Brisas Merida

- smelt like sewage: at the back of the hotel it smells like sewage and they pump sewage from the system for multiple hours a day it is extremely loud, they also have bullfighting behind the hotel and Saturday night you can hear the bulls screaming in pain.. not great. - bad service: every time we went to the restaurant you need to ask the staff 5 times to get the cheque or for a napkin - paper thin walls: we could hear every single thing from the room next door, it was as if we were in the same room, made it impossible to sleep in or get to sleep - mediocre location: nothing immediately near worth walking to, so many hotels with better access to Merida

Estuve en la habitación 113 el wc no servía hablaba lo destapaban y otra vez estuvimos 4 noches y tenía que ir al baño de afuera porque todos los días estuvo tapado y esto es desde que llegamos. Muy incómoda la situación y al pagar nos cobraron el wifi y el estacionamiento cuando al llegar no te lo dicen

I was told that the upgrade was not available, But that was an upgrade available above the one I qualified with Expedia for a fee The host was not friendly or helpful. I have to asked for the upgrade and the bottle of wine that was removed from my room after the first night. Very disappointed

Fue buena normal. Ejemplo éramos 6 en la habitación y no dejaban aguas suficientes y se molestaban si pedíamos más. Al grado que nos dijeron que solo serían 2 por cuarto y eso se me hace fatal porque es Agua. No dejaban toalla de manos Teníamos desayuno incluido y nunca nos comentaron hasta el último día y eso se me hizo fatal. Ojalá nos hagan el rembolso para poder cerrar la experiencia de una manera agradable. Los baños de visitas de la entrada me tocó sucio y tuve ye buscar otro.

Excelente servicio del personal, instalaciones en muy buen estado y limpias, amenidades del cuarto y del hotel.

El hotel es pequeño, más hacia el concepto boutique. Los cuartos muy bien. La comida del restaurante muy bien. La alberca muy pequeña.
