Hotel Las Brisas Merida

Las Brisas is a beautifully appointed modern hotel with an urban/jungle vibe. The hotel as was in a good location. It’s in a mostly residential neighborhood but within walking distance to the Paseo de Montejo. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub in the very private balcony/terrace was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. Their restaurant is a must visit for at least one breakfast and dinner. Absolutely delicious! The staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and return.

Me quedé hace casi un año cuando seguía siendo wayam y 10/10. Esta vez me cobraron 1000 pesos extras al hace el check in por uso de wifi y estacionamiento, cosa que no avisan antes. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado el primer día y nos cambiaron de habitación, y al siguiente día volvimos a tener problemas, teníamos un compromiso y salimos tarde porque con el calor es imposible arreglarse. Al regresar ya estaba solucionado pero al otro día, volvió a fallar.. es solo un tema pero para mí es definitivo para no volver ☹️

Very clean

My family (2 other separate rooms) experience no AC for the first night. We had some elderly family members join our room to get some AC and get some rest since my room did had AC. Also service at the restaurant was 1 hr wait to get attention to get our drink order and food, the fruit was not fresh and breakfast was blah. Mind we reserved total of 5 rooms for our family for 3 nights. It would had been nice to get a discount or some part of refund.

Very nice rooms, quiet location, no unwanted noise, staff very helpful, excellent restaurant. Very nice architecture and integration of trees into hotel layout.

If pool is not working Costumers should me let know in advance. Nonetheless hotel allows us a late 4 pm check out due to inconvenience- which was nice.
