Stinkende Kloake am Strand. Strand nicht schön.

Lovely heritage room, thoughtfully furnished. Powerful shower. Gorgeous garden, an oasis from the busy street. Near to supermarkets for supplies. Good to have small separate kitchen area. An effective mosquito net- needed!

Slightly musty upon entry but there had been a lot of rain! The food was delicious but pricey for the quantity. Alas, nothing to do with the property but the beach was littered and mucky. It would have been good to have more than one char in the room.

Nothing, the garden is lovely, and I have stayed in a room on the garden and it was fine, but wow what a dissapointment the 3 bed apartment was.

We arrived having booked the 3 bedroom apartment, which seemed very cheap, to find it was in the house next door and was absolutely horrible. After a brief discussion with my brother, we decided we could not spend the final 2 days of our holiday in such an awful apartment. We asked if there were any other rooms, but there were none free, so we told the lady on reception that we would pay, but wouldn't stay in the apartment. In the end she agreed to charge for the first night and we found somewhere superb nearby fo a bit more but worth the extra.

Un très emplacement, et idéal pour un début ou une fin de séjour. Bon petit dej et bon dîner Très bon accueil et un petit cadeau au moment du départ

Old property which is right next to the beach. Good place to stay close to airport when you arrive. I even swam in the morning.. Good breakfast.

The restaurant wasn't great. But there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good

Der Inhaber ist sehr nett, freundlich und bemüht. Der persönliche Umgang war angenehm und man fühlt sich grundsätzlich willkommen. In der Kommunikation war er hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt leider nicht ganz. Der Transfer vom Flughafen nach Negombo mit einem normalen Auto kostete 30 Euro, obwohl dieselbe Strecke mit der PickMe-App normalerweise nur etwa 1–3 Euro kostet. Zudem ist der Strand in der Nähe stark verschmutzt, und im Bereich zwischen Hotel und Strand gibt es Abwasser aus der Nachbarschaft, was den Gesamteindruck schmälert.
