The room we were given was backed into the elevators. The bedroom wall is connected to the elevator shaft, and you can hear the elevator traffic all day/night/ morning long. We also had the neighboring unit throw a bday party until 2am. We intentionally booked an apartment stay in hopes to have a more quiet/ home like stay. Unfortunately that was not the case and the televisions did not allow for any streaming apps to be accessed because they are using universal remotes that cannot access that part of the menu options. Unfortunately this property is way too expensive for the experience we had.
USBooked a prepaid 3-night stay for over $1,100 via Kayak/Traveluro, but was refused the stay at Level Chicago Old Town. No real staff—just two guys vaping out front, no manager to help. When I complained, I got insults, not solutions. Traveluro is unreachable. Had to book elsewhere at extra cost. 6 days and still no response from Levels or the booking site. Do NOT book with Level Hotels or Traveluro—they should be delisted from all travel sites! #TravelWarning #AvoidLevelHotels #TraveluroScam

No housekeeping done..only had 2 towels for our 3 night stay. Very noisy from 10pm till midnight from another apartment...tried to ring front desk but Noone answered. Our key would not allow access to swimming pool...when we asked at reception we were told it was preloaded and weren't able to fix it.
I had no idea how nice this property would be! I had a full one-bedroom apartment and amazing view and amenities. 10/10, would stay again!
