Knights Inn Center Valley

They told us they had no rooms left and our reservation didnt matter. They make more money from the full price. Told us we better call and cancel the reservation, so we called expedia and got told of we cancel we get charged a fee

We really didn't like anything there. From room to waiting to check in and staff could not really answer our questions.

Bed had a hole and food in the refrigerator

The room was unlocked when we arrived. Turns out it only locked by thumbturn if you were inside. The room smelled of smoke and since it was laminant floors it was coming from the beds and linens. The wifi didn't reach the end of the building where our room was so we had to rely on using our cellular data while in the room. The phone in the room did not work (no dialtone). There were flies in the room. The curtain was barely holding on to the bent curtain rod and was falling apart from its backing. We weren't convinced the sheets had been changed despite the made beds. The mini-fridge leaked onto a piece of luggage we had sitting next to it during the night. It was a place to sleep only and if we could have found another at that time of night we would have not stayed.

Right on highway so don’t get a room in front. Stained linens & cheap & pillows were ancient & flat :(.. dirty floors in bathroom. Fridge not working. No continental breakfast as advertised only coffee. Didn’t have room we reserved & when we went to checkout no one was at the front desk & we rang bell numerous times & called the phone lines for 15 minutes and still no one came..left key card in room & left. Called 3 times after we left to notify them & no response back-ever...:( Also mattresses were horrible!! I’d rather sleep in my car than go there again!!!

My wife and I had issues with the check-in process, taking in excess of 30 minutes just to check-in. Then, we finally get our room keys and get to our room to find a horrible smell upon entry, followed by the fact that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, dirty floors, hand prints on the headboard of the bed, bent and broken curtain rod with a filthy curtain barely hanging on, as well as a bathroom I would never set foot in. My wife and I turned right around, went to the front desk, handed back the key card and left the property as fast as we could. Very disgusting experience.

Wasn't bad clean and friendly staff

This reminded me of a boarding house more than a motel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was average and had a couple of broken pieces of furniture. It was cold, and there was snow during my visit. The heat worked quite well, and the parking lot was plowed quickly. Water pressure and hot water were perfect. The WiFi was reliable and fast. They were remodeling the floors and walls while I was there, so there was some debris from the construction. Overall it was an affordable place to stay if you need room to sleep and get some work done. I would not recommend it for a family trip.
