The room was disgusting. The shower was brown and moldy. Every wall had a hole/stain. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The sheets barely fit the bed.

Dump that gives dumps a bad name. Don't waste your money, time or anything else you hold dear. This place sits right on a major Highway so even if you were silly enough to stay here you would be up all night and early in the morning with the sound of trucks, cars and motorcycles.

The air conditioner did not work at all. beds were bend.

You get what you pay for. This is not an award winning lodge. Realistically speaking, it's close to a busy road, the walls are not insulated for noise, and there's no weatherstripping in the doors to buffer noise. The toilet runs a bit and there's some mold in the corners of crumbling tiles. I've seen reviews like this one many times. But let's be honest here; if you're driving through Center Valley and need a bed, this has at least comfy beds which are long enough for the average male. Seriously, if you're only staying one or two nights, it's unlikely that you're going to do much other than sleep and shower. If you're picky or spoiled, this isn't the place for you. If not, this is a great upgrade from a camp ground. It's 5 minutes from DeSales University, 7 minutes from the Promenade shops, 15 minutes from a massive casino, and 20 minutes from Dorney Amusement Park. The location is fairly ideal. Save money for your adventures and not for where you turn in. That said, bring earplugs to weather the night next to someone who blasts their TV's volume and so you can sleep in past rush hour.

Customer service was not very good. We needed clean towels and they would not give them to us.
