Wonderfully friendly staff, Room was very clean, Bed comfy. Nice outlook from room. Close to shops and club.

I would have preferred a room on the sunny side in the afternoon.

Bed was comfy, was quiet away from the main road, quiet other guests.

The room did not smell good, like it had been sprayed with some sort of fragance to cover up something, the windows were locked with a key so could not unlock them to air it out. The wifi was terrible, only used it for netflix but kept timing out. A cleaner came and opened our door in the morning at 8:30am then realised we were still there - surly they would check to see if it was check out day before just opening up a room that early. Something went wrong with the hot water system, which these things happen except no staff communicated to us, We had no hot water for second night stay or the morning we were leaving. no communication about it at all. I let them know when checking out, and they said they knew about the problem, and that a cold shower wasnt that bad.
