The manager at the front of house was so helpful , made our stay so much better . I hope this gets passed on to her as she is such an asset to your motel . This was a Thurs … so that may help with who the manager was on the day .

Location

We had a 2 night booking, but the room was not refreshed after the first night. So no coffee, tea, bathroom supply refresh. We got one shampoo pouch for 2 people for 2 days!! The room was very smelly, no fan in the toilet shower area. Very disappointed.

Large size rooms. Very clean

Found that there was no hot water available in the morning for over an hour which made it impossible to shower. Early morning noise of neighbours cars starting and idling leads to fumes coming through doorway as parked right outside room.
