Second time booking at your motel this year. I like everything about your motel. Thank goodness you have comfortable mattresses, not too hard as I have spinal issues and most places have too hard mattresses. It’s great to have a place with a table, chairs and an ashtray supplied for us smokers, thank you for considering this. Will stay again when needing I need to go to Ipswich to visit relatives.

The only thing is the cost per night could be a tad lower.

Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. A little dated but still provided everything needed.

The air conditioner split system was extremely loud and kept me awake for most of the night, it seemed quite old. I couldn't turn it off due to needing it to keep the room cool.
