Staff were friendly , room was lovely and clean. I loved the comfort very happy . The lady in the office had showed alot of empathy for my friend who also needed to take the room for the following night. I would definately stay there again and would recommend it to others who need a motel stay in ipswich.

I did think the price was a bit high as i have only recently stayed in a beach front delux resort room at Tangalooma island resort for the same price and the room here was much smaller with less in the way of kithenette and fridge size with no lounge or dinning table though do understand that the motel management does have up keep costs and compared with other motels in ipswich they are cleaner and very fair in price.

Location was convenient for our needs. Staff were lovely

Overpriced for what it was and offered. No breakfast available other than over the road at the take away store. Bed was hard. A blind in the toilet would have been appreciated
