Freundliches Personal

Frühstück sehr einfach ( hab ich in anderen super 8 schon besseres gehabt ) , frühstückstaum ungemütlich da einfach nur ein altes Zimmer dafür verwendet wurde

"Nekompetentní recepční"

Akceptovatelné místo po cestě, zažízení nenadchne a neurazí.

Absolutně nekompetentní recepční, která nebyla schopna zpracovat platbu jakési zálohy (pokoj byl zaplacen předem) ani na jedné z mých dvou platebních karet, které jsem jí nabídla, stejně tak nebyla schopna zpracovat platbu přes telefon a ani QR kód. Pořád jen dokonečka opakovala, že se musí zeptat vedoucí, ale že do té doby nás neubytuje. Vzhledem k tomu, že pro nás to bylo i kvůli jetlagu opravdu pozdě v noci, přestože bylo "jen" 21:00, bylo to velmi neprofesionální jednání. Další návrh - at tedy zruší naši rezervaci a vrátí nám peníze, když nás nechce ubytovat, řekla také že neumí. Nejhorší zkušenost v Super8 ever! Zařízení takové podivné - nenadchne, neurazí, ale ten personál! Vede to k tomu, že jsme řekli, že v Super8 už nikdy. Chování a kompetentnost personálu. Postavit za pult někoho, komu nabídnete 4 způsoby platby a ona si s nimi nedokáže poradit, to chce odvahu.
