$100.00 non-refundable fee at xheckin for incidental items. I did not make any infractions to the room or decor. One of the bedstand Lamp Shades was broken from a prior guest that I was charged for. The Hotel had no cleaning crew records for the earlier i fraction, so I was charged. End result, the room cost me $235 / night. This is unfair teeatment.

It was clean and easy in and out .

They hold your funds for the hotel and look pending on your bank but then you get their and they’re charge you for it . Yes they do reverse when they check you out but you have to wait until every one checks out which of your limited to money it’s not a good feeling.

The staff were really helpful

All equipment were very old and it needs renovation

It is dog friendly but there is no grass or designated place for dog outside. You have to go to a dirty sand corner along the fence e there is tons of shit and pess of other dogs in there.

Parking , to be close to town inside town , security.

Breakfast was ok staff noce

A guest yelled all night running up and down room, price I paid was more when I reserved it than ot was for that actual day, also they charged me twice amd I'm still dealing with that.

Continental breakfast was nice to have available. Easy access to the city center and stores

The carpet needed an upgrade. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. The afternoon/night staff had a dog loose by the front desk that kept bugging my leashed dog. No grassy pet area.
