I was double charged on my credit card

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable

Room smelled as though a urine odor was being masked over.

Room was generally comfortable. All the usual amenities were available and it met nearly all my needs. Continental breakfast was offered, but I left too early for it. The location wasn't too far from downtown, so had I arrived earlier & if I hadn't been too tired from a strenuous day, I might have considered walking down to the State Capitol grounds and the Nevada State Museum.

No elevator to my 2nd floor room. Not a problem for most, but I'm a heavy 61-year old so descending stairs is a little painful. Would have been less of a problem but the only ice machine was downstairs in the lobby, otherwise I could have limited my trips. Also, the temperature setting on the AC was 86, and the down button had been removed. The temperature was unseasonably in the mid-80's that day, but luckily for me it cooled off quickly at night, so I just opened the window. I did report that problem to the front desk so hopefully someone fixed it.
