St George Inn - Saint Augustine

This lovely bed-and-breakfast is located right in the heart of the historic district. Check-in was a breeze. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and offsite parking (in one of the most attractive parking garages I’ve ever seen) is very close by and reasonable. This inn is within walking distance of all of the St. George Street restaurants bars, historical sites, and shops. A lovely breakfast, fresh and nicely presented, is included and can be eaten in the wine shop or in the outdoor courtyard. Our room had both front and back porch style seating. Our king size room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of hot water and air-conditioning was cool and quiet. Although housekeeping doesn’t come every day —they can and they were very accommodating when we asked for extra towels and toiletries. I would highly recommend a stay here if you want to be in the midst of all of the great amenities in Saint Augustine. We will be back.

Wonderful room with balcony, great location and helpful staff!

Lovely building, incredibly clean rooms, all the amenities. but the top of this experience is the service provided by every employee - meeting the car, carrying bags, bringing water - this staff is remarkably attuned to meet every need, however large or small. Example - when I asked how to find the restroom, the staff member takes me there- no just pointing! The breakfast waiter overheard one of say we needed milk --and it appears. They anticipate and provide courteous, perfect service. amazing place.

Location was right on point, in the middle of it all, everything in walking distance. Comfort, the bed was so comfortable, room so cozy, made you not want to leave at times.

Parking would have to be the one thing that I would say wasn't good. Just wish they had their own private parking lot to offer their guest. Also maybe give out more information in the check in papers about their breakfast, and lobby information. They had it all in a book in your room, but who reads that.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff goes over and beyond. Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough about the St. George inn. It's so charming . The location is so perfect for dining, shopping and attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean . The staff are over the top. Absolutely the best. It's not the first time we've stayed there and it won't be the last. We enjoyed every minute. Can't wait until our next trip to St Augustine and st. George inn.
