St George Inn - Saint Augustine

Such a quaint, hotel with lots of character. The room was lovely, with balcony views of the courtyard on one side and St George street on the other. We never had to move the car because everything was walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The in was beautiful with a lot of character. I think you can expand on the breakfast menu other than that the day was very pleasant

Loved the inn. Great location, lovely courtyard with a bar and music. The staff were so sweet and helpful. The room was big and bed very comfortable.

My wife and I were given a strong recommendation from some friends to stay at St. George Inn. They were spot on! What a great experience from the moment we arrived, actually shortly before when we got a text giving us the best directions for our arrival. Upon arrival we were greeted by an absolutely charming young lady who promptly checked us in and took us to our room. She even insisted on carrying a rather heavy cooler we had brought along. Our room was perfect, the photo's on the website matched exactly to the room we had, no surprises. The room service was impeccable as well. The location puts you right in the middle of the charm of St. Augustine. You never need a car to enjoy everything the town has to offer. I would strongly recommend a stay at this wonderful boutique hotel.

We made this trip to celebrate our youngest Daughter entering the 12th Grade. It needed to show both the past and the future, and being in St Augustine provided both. Our room balcony faced the courtyard where we watched young School Children having their first live and hand-on experience, to family's sharing the magical colors and sounds of everything going in on St. George Street. Did I mention the ice cream? Watching more mature folks like my wife and I are starting to become (really me, she is as beautiful l as ever), brought hope that our lives together would continue to be enhanced by trips like this one. Our Daughter fell in love with the peace of the moments we shared on the balcony, sharing conversation and coffee and Banana Nut Bread Muffins, and especially just walking around seeing the sights together. The fort brought her to reality that her culture (Spanish) did indeed really exist in the past, and not just in photos in a school book. The Inn was wonderful, the entire staff really friendly, caring and provided us a safe-haven in the event we had questions. We loved the quaintness of the rooms and the feeling of just being at home while we were there. Needless to say, we were sad when we had to leave, but the photographs, memories, smiles and laughter will be with us forever.

The room was nice but it was really noisy at night due to the music from surrounding bars. We were in one of their remote buildings that was literally right off of St George St in the Historic quarter, not a restful part of town.

Staff was very friendly and rooms where clean. We went for our honeymoon and was very pleased with our experience. We will stay here again in the future.

St. George Inn was a nice surprise! The location is excellent, ambiance even nicer and the staff, friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
