Food was excellent, price was a bit high. Should have gotten the room with breakfast included.

Charging for parking. Used my mothers' car and had to pay to park it each night. They could have dropped me off and picked me up each day. They live in the neighborhood.

Cuando nosotros llegamos al hotel y queriamos hacer el check in, nos avisa el recepcionista que no tienen nuestras habitaciones no estaban completas porque ya se lo habían dado a otra personas, y pusieron de excusa que pensaron que no íbamos a llegar por eso se lo dieron a otros y nosotros esperando en el lobby más de 3 horas y eran a las 11 pm. Recientemente envié un correo electrónico sobre lo sucedido a la manager y no me a respondido. Necesito que responda por el dinero porque realmente nos sentimos que fuimos discriminados y humillados y también defraudados. When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in, the receptionist told us that they didn't have our rooms were not complete because they had already given it to other people, and they gave it as an excuse that they thought we weren't going to arrive that's why they gave it to others and we waited in the lobby for more than 3 hours and it was at 11 pm. I recently sent an email about what happened to the manager and she didn't answer me. I need you to answer for the money because we really feel that we were discriminated against and humiliated and also defrauded.

Excelente ubicacion, muy buenas opciones en el lobby para comer algo si en las salidas no alcanzabamos a comer, muy limpio

Good location

We realized at the end that the room we stayed in had bed bugs. We did not have a chance to alert the staff as they were all busy at the front desk and we needed to get to our flight.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was soft, and the pillows provided good support. The temperature was easy to adjust, and the air conditioning worked well. There was enough space to move around, and the lighting was warm and relaxing. Overall, it was a quiet and cozy place to rest. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The location was perfect for my purpose.

I didn’t like the bathroom sink. It wasn’t completely clean, and that made me feel uncomfortable. Also, parking is not included in the reservation price.
