Location was great for what I needed as I came for a funeral and was only going to be there for 24 hours. Staff was accomodating, room was clean, shower gave great water pressure.

Everything was clean the hotel itself and staff were amazing. The pictures gives it no justice, it’s much better in person. I love that everything was less than 20 minutes away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Servizio di accettazione, c’è stato un errore con il nome della prenotazione e non sono riusciti a darmi una soluzione per risolvere. Alla fine da solo ho capito di poter cambiare il nome della prenotazione su Booking.com e sono riuscito a far accedere alla camera gli inquilini. Da una struttura appartenente ad una catena così blasonata mi sarei aspettato una soluzione rapida da parte loro senza dover ricorrere alle mie conoscenze di cambio prenotazione
