"This hotel not real 5 Star Hotel in terms of world wide standards…they have rules which forcing peoples to buy their foo"

This property can’t be as 5 stars Hotel. Breakfast menu almost Bi-daily the same, cars can’t come close to hotel to drop bags guests have to take their luggage s. Reception some staff are rude..discrimination in treatment /hospitality noticed… Furnitures are very old … Not allowing food and drink from outside even not all item available inside hotel mini bar and restaurant menu this was very bad rule which is against people personal freedom.
