Location was excellent, right in the city center and very convenient for walking around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the hotel is good and we enjoyed our stay.

However, for a 5-star hotel, we expected some services to be better. Complimentary water was limited, and when we requested extra water there was an additional charge. Also, basic coffee was available at breakfast, but drinks like latte or cappuccino required an extra payment, which was a little disappointing for a hotel of this category. The breakfast was good, but we expected a more luxurious experience from a 5-star hotel. Overall, it is a clean hotel with an amazing location and friendly atmosphere, but some small improvements in service would make the experience match the 5-star rating.
