Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

Absolutely gorgeous place, the village, gardens and walking roads are truly stunning. Comfortable location near the beach. We would also like to thank Cissy; she is a very caring, kind and professional worker with a great English skills (which is rare)! All the staff in general is friendly and nice, we felt like at home with them. Breakfasts are delicious, we ate near pleasant pound with waterlilies and fishes 🐟 Environment is stylish, authentic and photogenic, it feels like being in a new season of White Lotus series.

Unfortunately, the villas themselves need some renovation, especially for the safety reasons. The tropical climate supposed to have a lot of insects, like huge cockroaches and ants. Workers do their best to protect the place from them, but facilities are already have many holes everywhere:( The sleep was a bit nervous because of that.

Если у вас нет проблем со сном, на этих виллах они могут появиться. Шумка как будто на улице спишь, а вокруг непонятные звуки постоянно. Плюс ценник завышен очень за столь древний отель. В соседнем метропарк виллы дешевле и лучше, красивее территория, только отпляжа чуть дальше. А еще я забронировал виллу, а мне пытались пропихнуть номер в отеле хотя прекрассно видели что я оплатил стоимость за виллу, была какаято ошибка на сайте. Короче есть места получше, не зацикливайтесь на этом отеле

Квалифицированный персонал, который всегда идет навстречу, у всех есть переводчики в телефоне, когда трудно донести информацию, связываются с реальным переводчиком. Заселение, вызов такси по нашей просьбе, устранение неполадок, все производилось немедленно и очень доброжелательно. В отеле в рабочее время имеются переводчики туристических фирм, которые охотно помогают. Завтрак в целом удовлетворил потребности как взрослых, так и ребенка, на ужин в отеле ходили три раза, тоже довольно неплохо. Нет своего пляжа, только городской, где невозможно оплатить жезлонги с зонтиком, поскольку они принадлежат другим отелям. На море все дни были волны, купание запрещено, поэтому вилла с собственным бассейном очень выручала, воду в бассейне постоянно чистили. Собственный бассейн, небольшая закрытая территория, не слишком солнечно -все это очень отлично. Рядом есть небольшой торговый центр с ресторанчиками китайской кухни и ночной открытый ресторан, ларек с фруктами. До главной тусовки с ресторанами и магазинами минут 20 пешком, на такси 15 юаней. Вокруг только пятизвездочные отели с ресторанами с ценником не менее 500 юаней за троих на обед. По территории круглосуточно ездит машинка - развозит туристов по виллам, достаточно сказать в телефон "car"

хотелось бы что бы отель продумал ситуацию с пляжем. В крайнем случай иметь в номерах пляжные подстилки и зонтики от солнца. Потому что приходилось просто сидеть на песке, любоваться морем

The villa is perfect for a family of four with a large pool and large rooms. It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good though I missed my scrambled eggs.

It is very dated and not well maintained. You can see it is not in its glory days. The welcome and lobby are very underwhelming for a 5 star resort. The shared pool was partly under maintenance which was a shame and some of the younger staff were rude. Looking on their phone while driving the shuttle. The bar closes at 21:00 and has no atmosphere. In general there is no entertainment and the music is a 2 minute jingle that keeps repeating.

The Villas were exceptional but needs renovations.

The pools were in poor condition and barely usable

The pools were nice and clean, with the water very comfortable even on hot days. We liked the close proximity of the beach even though the shuttle bus that would take you there was no longer available, and we had to walk there (about 7-10 minutes on foot). Breakfast was decent, with lots of variety of Chinese dishes, cold cuts, and some pastry. The hotel provided a free drink for each of us when we were asked to wait for the room to be ready (we arrived at around 3pm).

We rented two rooms, and in both of them the light fixtures were broken, with only half the lamps working (no reading light). The overall impression was that the facilities are in a desperate need for renovations, including the tiles around the sink that are chipping off and the dirty walls with stains all over the wall paint. But most disgusting were the armies of ants that lived inside one of the rooms attacking the trash cans and roaming around the surfaces getting in my makeup bag in the bathroom and the night stand. The buffet dinner was quite disappointing as the meat was overcooked, the sushi selection very questionable (salami on rice?), a bit of sand in the mussels.

Large villa with nice pool . Good location. Clean . The breakfast was ok.

A bit old .. need the maintenance.

For some reason we’ve been upgraded to a private villa it was just a dream. The private swimming pool was amazing, the villa itself huge and very confortable. I loved how private and calm it was, and still super close to the beach. Perfect stay
