Alia Palace Hotel - Adults Only

Stayed at the junior suite with private pool. The matress was so hard! Like a stone! Never saw this kind of matress! The first night was hard but the second one, we couldnt sleep at all! When wee entered the room and called the reception to ask them to fix the net, nobody came. We asked twice. They didnt clean the room unless you will ask them the day before. Said that its because of the covid- dont believe it! All the towels were with a lot of hair, a very long hair that 2 guys dont have!It was awful!Ask the cleaning lady to change it, she yelled at us and just walked away! The room is with private pool. So i thought that it should be a towels for this pool. The cleaning lady refused to give us 2 additional towels! Only 2 per room (for the shower).She shouted that we have towels near the main pool(the main pool was more than 5 min walk down the hill and then coming back, why dont put a towels in the room?!) Went to a reception to ask for a can opener (most of the hotels you have it in the room), she said that i should go to a pool bar and take from them. I asked it for my room, she said that they will give it to me. At the bar they said that they have only 1 and the wont give it to me. Came back to the reception and they send some guy to open a bottle for me. Didnt give me the can opener to my room like i asked. Overall, the service was very bad!The room was not so clean. The put a sign that the room was sanitised-not at all.The remote was in the plastic wrap, it was dirty

Vi havde 5 overnatninger på dette hotel som en del af vores bryllypsrejse. Ved ankomst var der fin modtagelse. Da vi kom på værelset var det tydeligt at se hotellet var slidt. Der var fejl/mangler flere steder og da vi skal lukke toiletdøren, falder håndtaget ud. Vi tager fat i receptionen som lover at udbedre det. Det skete desværre ikke. Senge og puder var hårde, så vi spurgte efter topmadras og lavere pude (2 gange), de kom men sengene var stadig meget hårde. Buffetten havde et ok udvalg. Personalet var enten meget imødekommende eller det stik modsatte. Efter rengøring på værelset på dag 3, satte rengøringsdamen tomme flasker udenfor vores dør og de stod der stadig på dag 6 inden udtjekning. Fint poolområde. Dog lukkede poolen allerede kl.19. Hotellet virkede mere som godt 3 stjernet eller "småt" 4 stjernet. Ved udtjekning blev der ikke spurgt ind til hvordan opholdet havde været.

We initially booked the Junior Suite for two nights, however upon arrival we were fascinated by the Deluxe Suites with the heated pool and decided to go for an upgrade with 4 nights stay instead. Although there was an initial mixup with the receptionist with the price difference, manager Kiki quickly intervened and solved the problem. The room: Thoroughly cleaned and sterilised, great view and a heated pool that welcomes you for fantastic night swims. The staff: All staff members were very friendly and helpful at all times. Current safety and health guidelines were respected as everyone was wearing face masks at all times and distances were kept. Special thanks to pool staff Filitsa and Thanos for their professional service. The food: Huge variety to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner that satisfies all wishes. Summary: As an adults only hotel, this is the perfect choice for anyone who seeks a quiet and relaxing vacation time. The room prices are among the best for a 5 star hotel in the area. We would definitely book here again.

Chambre avec piscine privative chauffée très agréable, un petit bémol au niveau de la qualité et de la variété des repas

Beautiful pool and surrounding area, hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were so professional and friendly. We were booked in for bed and breakfast, plenty of choice, however the "hot" choices were rarely hot, whatever the time you chose to take the breakfast. We ate a few times in the A La Carte poolside restaurant which was of a high standard and good value for money.Spa treatments were good value for money, particularly the massages. Courtesy bus to beach and shops was regular and punctual. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Very good, safe environment. Good sea view! Clean bed and spacious room and bathroom. Balcony with good view. A nice property for a relax holiday.

Die Poollandschaft und die Liegen waren wirklich klasse. Außerdem war die Lage gut. Das Essen war wirklich keine 5*. Zu Einem zu wenig Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen und zum Anderen war es in der Qualität verbesserungswürdig. Das Personal war teils sehr desinteressiert und wirkte genervt. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei.

Pool area was excellent cleanliness was excellent Staff were miserable and not approachable felt like you were bothering them if you asked them a question Room was pleasant and clean but not worth the money we paid for it Cleaners were brilliant came in every day could not fault their work and always said good morning same could not be said about the other staff members

Φανταστικό ξενοδοχείο Όλα ήταν υπέροχα Το μόνο μειονέκτημα θα μπορούσα να πω ότι ήταν το Wi-Fi το οποίο κυριολεκτικά σερνόταν. Κατά τ αλλά όλο πολύ καλά

Красивое место, отличный вид из отеля. Приветливый персонал. Не понраилась неразбериха при заселении, 30 минут непонятного ожидания с ключами на руках.
