The suite with panoramic sea view and private pool is truly amazing.A must for a getaway as a couple.Having said that the hotels lacks variety and quality of the food provided in the all inclusive package and the hotel staff although the make the effort to be professional they fail to do so.(e.g witnessed them arguing with each other on many occasions)

I stayed for 5 nights in a panorama junior suite with heated pool. Positives: The view from the suite is great, the suite itself with enough space and everything I needed. It has sun loungers, the pool is 1.1 m deep. The infinity pools, pool bar and restaurant offer amazing scenic views of the sea- stunning. the transfer from the airport is only 30 euro and the driver was kind and explaining what places we were going past. A transfer to the Thessaloníki city center is 75 euro. There are transfers to the village and beach as well as organised trips to nicer beaches. Those depart on time. Negatives: I can not comprehend why a hotel with such stunning views does not have a decent restaurant. The food on offer for breakfast and the buffet for the all inclusive is the same every day, of lowest quality and just not nice. The a la Carte menu is limited and also not great, however I have to admit that is reflected in the price- it is not expensive, portions are big. For me this is the biggest let down of this place but restaurants in the village are good. The service is very hit and miss, once I waited 30 minutes and despite being the only customer no one came for my order. So I learned to order at the bar - they were very nice always. The spa services again are not expensive but I don’t think the staff there is experienced at what they do so to say. Noice from loud music until 1 am on themed nights

Stort och fint hotell men den vecka vi var där var det mycket problem med vattnet. Vissa dagar gick det inte duscha eller spola i toaletten. Oklart om det var stormen, veckan innan, som hade orsakat det problemet. Maten var helt okej, hade önskar mer vegetarisk eller andra kötträtter, utan fläsk i.

Hotellet utger sig för att vara ett lyxhotell men lever inte upp till det. Servicen var varierad men inte i nivå med vad man förväntar sig av denna typ av hotell. Vår toalett fyllde inte på med vatten efter spolning, något vi anmälde varje dag men som aldrig blev åtgärdat. Tråkig attityd när vi påpekade detta i receptionen. Superbra med fri shuttle bus till centrum och till stranden. Jättefint poolområde med magisk utsikt och solnedgång. Vi hade bokat en juniorsvit med privat pool men blev uppgraderade till en villa med privat, större pool med mer avskildhet. Det var bra!

Super cadre de vue.En 5 mns de marche on est dans la ville.Villa avec piscine très propre. Point faible: Nous sommes venus à 5 et la 5ème personne dormait sur le canapé :Une horreur.Pour un tel standing je mettrai les villas seulement pour 4 personnes et non 5 ou 6.Si la 5ème personne devait voter sur l’etablissement Il mettrait une note affreuse à cause de la literie.

Struttura molto bella su una collina ...si vede il mare. Camere belle , bagno bello. Piscina molto carina effetto sfioro mare. Ristorante nella norma , ma per un 5 stelle ci si aspetta di più. Con la mezza pensione si pagano le bevande oltretutto. Purtroppo nota dolente il personale maleducato, lento, svogliato. Peccato.

The junior suite was lovely with a private pool. Hotel is located very close to the village and good beaches. The breakfast food was very poor though.

hotel idél pour se reposer , chambre avec piscine très agréables . A la limites celles qui n'ont pas la plus belle vue sur la mer offrent plus d'ombre , ce qui n'est pas mauvais quand on est du Nord !
